Number of Shares and Votes in Pierce Group

During June, the number of votes in Pierce Group AB (publ) has changed as a result of the conversion of 199,437 series C shares into an equal number of ordinary shares, carried out within the framework of the company's long-term incentive program.

As of 30 June 2026, the number of shares in Pierce Group AB (publ) amounts to 82,199,100 shares, of which 79,573,537 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 2,625,563 are series C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 79,836,093.3 votes
