At the annual general meeting 3 June 2022, the accounting firm Ernst & Young AB, 556053-5873 (“EY”), was re-elected as the company’s auditor for the period until the end of the annual general meeting 2023.
Jonatan Hansson, authorised public accountant and member of FAR (the Swedish trade association for accounting consultants, auditors and advisors), serves as the company’s auditor-in-charge since 2020.
