The Sales & Marketing team drives Pierce growth agenda in close collaboration with the Category & Sourcing team. We build brands, customer relationship programs, drive world class e-commerce sales and develops world class user experiences.

The Category & Sourcing team deliver the assortment mix to be able to drive growth together with the Marketing & Sales team. We build relations with the brands, develop our own product portfolio and ensure we’re the one-stop-shop for our customers.

The IT team supports Pierce business strategy now and long term by supplying a constantly attractive customer experience on the sites and smooth IT tooling for internal business processes, as well as business alignment and flexibility towards business changes

In Talent Management we lead the employee life cycle creating experiences in different moments aiming that each one of our employees to unleash their full potential to support the business.

The Supply Chain Planning Team connects our future sales demand with our current stocks situation and related Suppliers. Our main responsibility is to keep correct balance between Product Availability and Financial stock value targets. With world class IT-tools and an honest approach to our Suppliers, we support Pierce growth ambitions.

Financial control produces monthly book closings of high quality in a timely manner and drive improved internal control, compliance and scalability – both within finance as well as for the business as a whole.

Business control mission is to support, and to some extent control, the business to make smarter decisions based upon various types of operative and financial analysis that are communicated clearly in relevant forums.

The Strategy & Corporate Development team manages the strategy planning process and the Group project portfolio. In addition we drive a large variety of short and long term business and corporate development initiatives across the Group.

A key component in Pierce’s localization strategy is to offer customer service in local languages. The customer service organization is divided into first line of contact, back office specialists and dedicated translators.

The Transportation Team enable our customers to receive parcels in all sizes ans shapes to preferred location within a few days. We ship parcels from 0,5kg to 35 kg to more than 20 countries on a daily basis. In Pierce we combine solutions for Inbound, Outbound and Return freight – a complex but efficient solution.
